Soak chana dal and moong dal for 5-6 hours. Strain water take a cooker put chana dal and moong dal add salt , big cardamom, cinnamon , cloves and one cup of water give two whistles put off the flame. When cooker is cool down open the lid if there is water in dal strain it , we need dry dal, let it cool , now grind the dal add chopped onions,mashed potatoes,ginger garlic paste, green chillies, red chilli powder,dhania powder,turmeric powder, chaat masala, garam masala, corn flour, mix all ingredients well-and make a soft dough if required add one teaspoon water now take skewers and cover it with dal mixture , brush it with ghee or butter. Grill it at 180 * c for 5-6 minutes change the side and grill another side also , you can roast it or shallow fry it also in non stick pan . Spread lemon juice and chaat masala one the kababs serve hot .
Note = for shallow frying the kababs add 1 tablespoons corn flour extra . So that it is not scattered in oil , while covering the stick spread water in your hand and cover tightly.
