Take besan in a bowl add water gradually so that lumps are not formed. Beat the besan for five minutes then put ghee in it add backing soda and some more water make a semi liquid batter, add orange food colour mix well leave the batter for five minutes. Prepare sugar syrup, take a pan put sugar and water boil till sugar melt, add cardamom powder and three – four drops orange-food colour when syrup is slightly sticky put off the flame. Take a kadai put ghee or oil in it for frying boondi, when oil is hot slow the flame take hand greater or spechula which has holes for making boondi , now put the greater or spechula 2” up from the kadai and pour the boondi batter in it by the big spoon or kerchi , make sure that ghee should be hot while dropping the boondi. Fry the boondi and put it in the syrup for two- three minutes then strain from syrup and keep the boondi in another plate or bowl. While frying boondi make sure that pour as much boondi as the kadai has space. Serve boondi hot and enjoy .
