• 1 kg full cream milk
  • 150 gm sugar or according to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamon powder
  • 4 slices of white bread , cut the corners and make bread crumbs
  • 7-8 cashew nut & almond cut it into small pieces


Take a thick bottom kadai put full cream milk in it when-milk is boiling keep the flame slow stir it. After five six minutes add bread crumbs in the milk stir and cook for 5-7 minutes when it gets thicken add cardamom powder, add sugar mix well for two three minutes now put off the flame ,let it cool keep it in fridge for two hours , decorate it with dry fruits serve chilled.
