  • 140gm of flour
  • 85gm sugar powder
  • 120gm fat
  • Few drops of yellow colour
  • 50gm corn flakes
  • Few drops of vanilla essence
  • 2tablespoon of milk
  • 3 tablespoon of milk for dipping


Sieve the flour. Cream the fat and sugar till it becomes fluffy, add yellow color, vanilla essence and yellow portion of the egg, mix well. Finally, add the flour and make a soft and smooth dough, keep the dough in the wet cloth for 10 minutes. Make round balls, dip into egg white then roll it into the corn flakes. preheat the oven, place all the biscuits in the greased baking tray and bake at 190° C for 30 minutes.
