Masala Pav

Ingredients For Masala

  • 3-4 onions chopped
  • 4-5 tomatoes chopped
  • 1 capsicum chopped
  • 1 carrot chopped
  • 1 potato boil and mashed
  • 2-3 green chillies chopped
  • 1 tablespoons ginger garlic paste
  • Salt according to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 3 teaspoon pav bhaji masala
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 2 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • 3-4 tablespoons butter or oil
  • 1 teaspoon rai
  • 1 teaspoon jeera

Method

Take a kadai put butter or oil add rai, jeera when it crackle add chopped green chillies, stir add ginger garlic paste, add onions stir till onions get soft and light brown add capsicum, boil mashed potatoes, chopped carrots . Now add tomatoes stir for a minute add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, mix and mash it with masher add pav bhaji masala stir till masala mix well in all the vegetables. Put 5-6 tablespoons water,cook it for 2 minutes add chaat masala, lemon juice and coriander leaves . Put some butter while serving.

Take pav cut it in the middle shallow fry it in pan with butter . Put masala between the pav and put little masala up side the pav . Serve hot with onions and green chutney.
