Take a grinder jar put sugar and grind it, add mango churn it nicely now add custard powder churn it . Finally add water churn nicely. Take a nonstick kadai put mango mixture in it stir it in low medium flame continuously, take care no lumps should be form, after two minutes put one tablespoons ghee stir for two minutes put one tablespoons ghee stir again for two – three minutes , now put another tablespoons of ghee and stir add cardamom powder, add half quantity of cashew nut mix well when mango gets thicker like jelly put off the flame. Put the mixture in the greased tray . Spread remaining cashew on the top Let it set. After 3-4 hours cut it in square shape and serve it.
