Take malai stir well, add maida and make semi liquid paste. Put it for rest for 10 minutes. Take a vessel , put water and sugar in high flame when sugar melt , put the flame medium and cook it for 7-8 minutes. Add cardamom powder, Put off the flame, sugar syrup should be slightly sticky. Take a non stick tava , greased it with desi ghee, when tava is slightly hot ,low the flame, put the Mal Pua batter with the help of big spoon in the tava , after one or two second turn it and cook it , when both sides are cooked ,put the mal pua in sugar syrup . Make all the mal pua same way and dip in sugar syrup decorate it with dry fruits and serve hot.
