Eggless Mayonnaise


  • 1 cup full cream milk chilled
  • 2 cups oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar or lemon juice


Take a bowl put chilled milk, add sugar, salt and vinegar mix well with spoon. Now add 1/2 cup oil and blend with hand mixer. Rest of the oil put gradually in three – four parts and blend with hand mixer simultaneously you can see the mayonnaise get thicker ,off the blender and test the mayonnaise to pour it in a plate it should not be flowing . If it is flowing blend it some more seconds. Mayonnaise is ready fill it in a bottle .
