Condensed Milk


  • 1 kg full cream milk
  • 2 pinch baking soda
  • 200 gm sugar


Boil the milk , when milk boils add sugar and baking soda, stir the milk continuously at low medium flame till the milk get thicker. Put off the flame and let it cool then pour it in a bottle and keep it in the fridge.

Note:- make sure to make the condensed milk in thick bottom utensil.
