Bread Butter Pudding


  • 10-12 slices of bread 
  • 100gm Amul butter
  • 750 ml of milk
  • 2 tablespoon cornflour
  • 6 small cardamom powder
  • 8 tablespoon sugar
  • 10 walnuts, 10 kismis and 10 cashew nuts for decoration
  • Red and green cut pieces


Cut the edges of the bread then cut it into a triangle shape. Boil the milk, add cornflour solution [cornflour mix with 4-5 spoon milk] stir milk properly when the milk becomes thick add sugar, stir the milk when it becomes half of the quantity, put off the gas. Put butter in the slices and place the triangle slices in the greased pie trey. Pour the milk mixture over bread and decorate it by dry fruits and cut pieces. Bake at 200° C for 10 minutes.
