Banana Flan


  • 250 gm milk
  • 4 bananas
  • 100gm sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sailors gelatin
  • 250gm cream
  • 4 tablespoon milk powder
  • 8-10 cashew nuts chopped finely
  • 4-5 almonds chopped finely
  • 4-5 drops green colour


Boil milk and sugar, off the gas, add pieces of bananas. Keep it for 15-20 minutes when it becomes cool, churn it in a grinder then add milk powder. Mix the gelatin in lukewarm water nicely and pour it in a grinder, add green colour and churn it. Take a greased covered aluminum mold, spread the chopped cashews and almonds, pour some banana solution, spread again cashews and almonds and pour some solution, the process goes on and then keep it in the freezer to set.
