Aam Papad

Ingredients
- One big ripe mango
- 4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon black salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Deshi ghee for greasing
Method
Peal and cut the mango into slices add sugar salt and black pepper. Churn it in a grinder . Make chuck free mango purée. Take a tray grease it with ghee , spread mango purée in thin layer with the help of specula , let it dry in room temperature for two days . Cut it in equal proportion and pile them one over another. Aam papad is ready , enjoy it.
